Integrated waste management facilities and operations, Romania: CQA is providing key technical personnel, including team leader and designers, on this EU financed “ISPA” project to implement modern integrated waste management facilities. The work involves acting as FIDIC Engineer for a Euro 10 million works contract: constructing a landfill to EU standards, closing an existing landfill complex and constructing a composting plant.
